You want to have few things on hand when planning to take ACV for weight loss. Those things being the following.

  • Braggs Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Measuring Spoons
  • A Cup
  • An Oven/Microwave
  • Honey
  • Stirring Spoon
  • Water (Optional)

 

Next, you will need to put each one of these items to use in the exact order I’m about to tell you in.

  • Grab your cup
  • Water (Optional) If needed
  • Grab your measuring spoons
  • Get one or two teaspoons of ACV
  • Place them into your cup
  • Add one teaspoon of organic honey
  • Stir with your stirring spoon
  • Place in your microwave for 2minutes or warm on your oven at low heat

Once you have the final product in hand its now time to consume it.

You will want to sip as slow as possible allowing the ACV to marinate into your system. It is said that the slower you sip the better your results are.
